| The former Allegheny Hotel, 1844. Located on Pennsylvania Avenue on Warren's East Side. This building is now a private club, featuring riverside dining year-round. You can't miss it as you enter Warren on the Glade Run Bridge. The road directly behind the old hotel is Hemlock Road, which leads to a new easy-access fishing pier right at the tailwaters of the Kinzua Dam. We have been proceeding from the west on this virtual tour. Continuing eastward takes you to the Kinzua Dam on a beautiful drive on Route 59. From here, you can take off for the great outdoors at the dam, the river, the Allegheny Reservoir (some visitors call it Kinzua Lake), or into the half-million acre forest. |
